Sacraments

Sacraments

The church facilitates Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation and Weddings.

Baptism

It is a requirement of the parish that a Baptism information night must be attended to prior to having your child baptised. Information sessions are held on the second Saturday of every month. Booking via the parish office is essential. Please complete the form and bring with you to the information night.

Baptism Registration Form

It is also a requirement of the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne that you live within St Scholastica’s Parish boundaries. If you are seeking to celebrate the baptism of your child but do not reside within our boundaries please contact the parish office for further information.

Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation

The sacraments of Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation are facilitated through St. Scholastica’s Primary School for Primary School Students. If your child does not attend the primary school, the church facilitates a volunteer parishioner course for these sacraments. Please contact the parish office for more details.

RCIA

Adults who have not received the Sacraments or who are interested in being received into the Catholic Church through Baptism should contact the Parish Office for further information.
